Method 1:

  • Boot the computer in safe mode.
  • Click on start and then type regedit in the start search box and press enter.
  • Navigate to the following key:
  • On the right pane, change the “start” registry key value to 0.
  • Restart the computer.

Method 2:

1.Remove all floppy disks, CDs, and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer.

2.Click the Start button, click the arrow next to the Lock button, and then click Restart.

3.Do one of the following:

  • If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears.
  • If your computer has more than one operating system, use the arrow keys to highlight the operating system you want to start in safe mode, and then press F8.

Method 3:

On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with command prompt, press Enter

  • Log on to your computer with a user account that has administrator rights.
  • Now in the command prompt:Type services.msc, and then press Enter.
  • In the list of services locate Software Licensing
  • Right-click it, select Properties
  • Change “Startup type:” to Automatic, then click OK
  • You may then need to select Software Licensing again then click “Restart the service” located in the top-left corner for it to take effect immediately, or just restart the computer if doing this from Safe Mode.

Method 4:

  • Try repairing the store and check if it helps.
  • Press WinKEY + X or put the mouse in the lower left corner
  • Open the Command Prompt (Run as Administrator)
  • Type in WSReset.exe and hit enter.

Method 5:

  • Open Powershell as administrator
  • Run the command
    Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online

Method 6:

  • Change the Sync Settings in the Mail App, follow the steps below to change mail app sync settings.
  • On Search, click on “Mail” to open the Mail App.
  • Click on “Settings”.
  • Click on “Accounts”.
  • Click on your email account from the list of accounts.
  • Select the option “Email” under the section “Change mail box Sync settings”.
